It takes more than being unskilled to make it to the Troll Hall of Fame, you also have to be a douchebag as well as an idiot. Okay, those aren't the only criteria. Usually you have to rage, intentionally feed, and/or disconnect, too.

Troll List
To introduce myself, I main as Teemo in League of Legends North America. Teemo gets a lot of shit. Mostly because there's 99% of Teemo players that are bad. Luckily, I'm not one of them, but every time I pick Teemo, someone on my team goes, "omg, **** Teemo troll". Even when I go 8/0/4 and as 0 CS Teemo Support, mind you, and my team still loses, I get the blame and asked to be reported by these trolls that get 0/12/2. This is my list.
Never before has there been something called "ELO hell". It started because of League of Legends, and people like these. The Tribunal is supposed to limit this kind of trolling, but it doesn't quite work. Maybe one of these days, I'll create an account just to troll, and see how good the Tribunal is at stopping trolling. All I know is, I've had my account suspended for a day for just picking Teemo in ranked. It didn't matter if I had a better kill/death ratio, or that I killed more turrets than the rest of my team. Some people just want to watch the world burn.
Alandiuz - Goes 0/4/0 wanting to mid as Kassadin vs a Varus. Him and Morgana (who went 0/5/0) want him to mid. I stay as mid to troll. I end up as 3/2/0, the next best player on my team was 1/3/0. The best part is, I went against him on the other team the very next game. I was Teemo mid again and went 4/0/2 to win the game. I killed Alandiuz, who was jungle Riven, all his 0/4/0 deaths. Sweet revenge.
Auelyn - Same game as Alandiuz. A Yordle hater. Goes 0/4/0 solo top lane and blames Teemo.
Atmoz - This guy, lol. This guy has worse than a 1:1 kill/death ratio with his top champs:
Yet, he knows how to win a game... by constantly pushing and grouping up and doing the same thing over and over under he wants to surrender. He yells at you for being 8/3/10 when he's 3/9/2 and not playing with the team, especially when you've taken down all 4 enemy turrets alone. This guy.

BagelKnight - This is either a little kid, or a douchebag to the highest degree. See this game and how I had to carry noobs, and if my team listened to me and not this dumbass fucking idiot, we would have won.

Game summary:
"Douchebag BagelKnight as Panth has no idea how to win a game. He lets Darius get fed up at top with free cs. Nautilus doesn't know how to play, I have to roam. Ryze has trouble with Swain. I become the only chance to win the game, and I tell Nocturne exactly what he should do near the end, but he doesn't do it. An easy, easy, easy game to win. Minions knocking enemy Nexus turrets, bot has mininons flooding with Noct about to push, and I am the only one protecting Baron near the end. I get them to gank me to buy some time, I survive, then go back to heal, team goes in 3v5 to contest Baron, Noct hesitates and stops pushing and just types while in jungle. I try one last attempt to backdoor, but Ez with Baron buff and distractions with comments made me lose focus and I die." Again, as I got 12/6/12 with at least 4 turrets in my name, I get the blame for the loss.
Definitely makes the Troll Hall of Fame.
eestlane10 - Is Nasus, wants top lane to himself. I look at his stats, and he's a feeder.
He wants to report me for being Teemo at the start of the game. He is the first to die. Then he goes bottom with Heimer, who gets angry at him for auto-attacking. He keeps cussing at me throughout the game, ending up being 2/9/3 while hogging 277 CS by just farming and staying away from the rest of the group. He tries to kill three opposing champs to die miserably without hitting anyone. Goes AFK and disconnects.
eestlane10 makes it as a Hall of Famer, for sure.
Gman567 - The worst type of troll. Ones that cry to carry, but are so bad, they die a lot, and then decide to keep dying intentionally to the other team because they for some reason or another, hate the team they're on because they suck so bad.

HXC Legend - There's no worse troll than this guy. At least most trolls start trolling after they know for sure they're going to lose. This guy goes directly to mid, never saying anything. Doesn't provide scout lookout in case they invade the Blue Golem. He's Fizz, going against Soraka, and dies 0/3/0. I ask if he wants to switch, and he just cusses at me. He ends up 3/16/7 after intentionally feeding some more, trying to KS, and disconnecting for a time. We had a chance to win 3v5 if he kept disconnected, along with Heimer who disconnected for 10 minutes or longer, but he came back just to feed the enemy team some more.
Every game I have a feeling who the troll is, or who the worst player is, because I look at their stats, especially if they want to go Top or Mid and starts to cry if they don't get it. Before the game of ours, he was 1/11/5, and 3/7/4.
HXC Legend deserves to be on the Troll Hall of Fame.
Içarus - I end up on his team on back-to-back games and he goes 6/11/2 and 9/11/5 as Ezreal. Talks a lot of trash, blames others for dying, and just a well rounded individutroll.
Içarus is definitely a Hall of Famer.
JShaw165 - Another noob name for another noob troll. Says in Champ Select he's a troll. In game, he says he's a troll. After the game he wants to report me for trolling, lol. I was 4/4/0 on a team that fed 0/4/1, 0/2/1, 0/3/1, and he was 1/3/4 while I was 4/4/0. If mid Alistar with Smite isn't enough, I don't know what is. His average death is 7 per game with his Top 4 Champs.
Meast479 - She picks Caitlyn, I end up being bottom support since Singed took top. Singed starts 0/2/1 against Warwick, ends up roaming and letting WW free-farm. Brand is mid, he starts bad vs Swain and ends up 6/11/6. Anyways, Cait is bottom, has 106 CS while I have 8 after 10 minutes in, and she still only has boots, two Doran's Blade, and health potions vs Tristana and Alistar. Does no damage (she should have a B.F. Sword by then), and I end up being 1/2/1 until I get fed up and roam. She starts to rage, blaming me for picking Teemo for support. I told her I'd do better than her and I do, going 4/5/2 with 1 Turret destroyed while she goes 2/7/3 (her 2 kills and 1 assist while the other team just dives nexus).
She raged so hard, she intentionally fed once (but I unintentionally fed once by dying while typing and not seeing where I was), then she left the game at the end. The saved game up on LOL Replay is called "Meast479 is a Troll".
My previous two games as solo top were easy, the rest were as Support Teemo. I was on such a good streak!

Octoplasma - I'm Jungle Teemo. Easy gank up top diving turret against Darius and full HP Kennen, but he was an idiot and went back, then went in, then died. He's an idiot, a troll, a feeder, and does not know how to play. I hope to go against him someday. He went 9/8/7 while I went 8/3/8.
S3kr3tus - Picks jungle Alistar, rages that I pick Teemo. I start bad with an early 3v2 gank death, but Caitlyn survives. Then another gank comes soon after, but Alistar chases, no map awareness, losing a potential 1-2 kills on our side, instead, I get an early 2nd death. He /ignores me, so I take his jungle minions. He then promises to not help the team, intentionally feeds, and well, we try to win without his help. Uploaded the game on LOL Replay.
Spawneed - In champ select, says she wants mid, and if she doesn't, she'll go AFK. Well, everyone let her mid as Ahri. Then she fed Panth and Mundo and in the first six minutes, she was 2/4/0. Then she left the game and never came back.
XteSIA - Someone that goes 3/10/6 as Yi should not be telling others how to play...
